Goal would be like in particular to create a custom look and save it so you can open it any size comp in the future.

For anyone looking. There is a gear icon in the effects control window under the preset options.

Using Windows – Been trying to save a preset it is just not working. Nothing saves in the folder.

In the Effects window under stardust > Advanced > Presets
